Widlund Law represents both landowners and condemnors in Colorado.  Mr. Widlund began his eminent domain career in 1991 representing the City and County of Denver in the acquisition of over 55 square miles of land and mineral rights for Denver International Airport.  Other examples of past condemnor clients include numerous cities, towns and urban renewal authorities such as City of Arvada, City of Fort Collins, Town of LaSalle, City of Thornton and Thornton Development Authority and City of Westminster.  Mr. Widlund has also represented many special district condemnors such as Beaver Creek Metropolitan District, Eagle River Fire Protection District, Eagle River Water and Sanitation District, Mulberry Frontage Metropolitan District and Upper Thompson Sanitation District.  Mr. Widlund has also represented pipeline companies such as Tallgrass Energy and Tenderfoot Pipeline Company.  

Mr. Widlund has represented many landowners over the span of his career such as Helen G. Bonfils Foundation (Denver Center for the Performing Arts), IBM, Aggregate Industries, Alpine Lumber Company, Connell Resources, Comfort Dental, Miller Real Estate Investments, Koelbel and Company, Etkin Johnson, Zeppelin Development, Weingarten Realty, Miller Global Properties, LivWell, Peerless Tyre Company, Jewish Colorado, Pier 1 Imports, Suburban Propane, Sakata Farms, U-Haul Corporation and over 100 individual landowners.
